Position: Remote Licensed Sales Producer (Allstate Experienced Only)

Must have in depth knowledge of Florida Home Owners market

Hours:

· 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

What You’ll Do

· Handle qualified inbound and warm transfer leads — no cold calling.

· Close new auto, home, and bundled policies efficiently and ethically.

· Maintain high household penetration and cross-sell ratios.

Requirements

· Currently employed or recently employed with an Allstate agency.

· Minimum 40+ items per month in current or recent production.

· Active Property & Casualty license (must be reciprocal with a Florida 220 license).

· Proven track record of professionalism, integrity, and consistent production.

Compensation

· Base pay: Equivalent to $25/hour salary

· Commission: Up to 10% on new business

· Bonuses:

· Monthly performance bonuses

· Annual bonus up to $10,000
