Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Proven experience in coaching or training within the insurance industry.

Deep understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams.

Strong organizational and planning abilities.

Familiarity with various sales methodologies and coaching techniques.

Develop and implement comprehensive coaching programs for our insurance sales team.

Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship building.

Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and tailor coaching strategies accordingly.

Create engaging training materials, workshops, and resources to support agent development.

Foster a positive and growth-oriented learning environment, encouraging continuous skill enhancement.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our coaching remains relevant and effective.
