Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with insurance companies: Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure timely approvals
  • Process claims: Submit and monitor insurance claims daily, and follow up on outstanding claims or denials
  • Manage patient information: Maintain accurate and organized patient data, and provide them with regular updates on their policies and coverage
  • Patient support: Answer patient questions, provide assistance with claims, and help them understand their coverage and benefits
  • Financial administration: Create treatment plan estimates, verify insurance eligibility, and help with financial arrangements or collections
  • Record keeping: Audit patient accounts, post payments, and ensure all documentation is correct and complete
