We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Insurance Coordinator to manage insurance approvals, verify patient coverage, handle claims, and ensure smooth communication between the clinic, insurance companies, and patients. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of medical insurance processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage
  • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance approvals
  • Handle claims, rejections, and resubmissions
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing teams

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Insurance Coordinator
  • Strong knowledge of insurance portals and approval systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
