  • Greet drivers or clients and record vehicle complaints or service needs accurately.
  • Open job cards with complete vehicle and service details.
  • Inspect vehicles and confirm reported issues in coordination with technicians.
  • Prepare cost and time estimates and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies for accident repairs, including claim registration, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Submit required photos, damage reports, and repair estimates to insurers.
  • Track and follow up on pending insurance approvals to avoid delays.
  • Liaise with surveyors and ensure clear communication between the workshop and insurance providers.
  • Ensure completed insurance repair jobs are invoiced correctly and documented.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on job status, especially delays due to insurance.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure cleanliness and readiness of vehicles before delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of services, parts, and labor used.
  • Promote preventive maintenance and additional services where applicable.
  • Assist in daily service reporting and ensure service standards are met.
