Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a professional, positive first impression
  • Manage appointments: booking, confirming, rescheduling and maintaining an accurate schedule
  • Answer phone calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally
  • Handle client check-ins and check-outs using the POS system
  • Process payments and manage daily cash handling
  • Communicate with stylists and technicians to keep services running smoothly
  • Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized and stocked
  • Promote salon services, products and special offers
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed (inventory, client records, retail displays)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a salon, spa or customer-service role preferred
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Comfortable using booking software (Zenoti is a plus)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
