We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and order status.
  • Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Process customer orders and update records in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, and delivery teams when needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to customer accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
  • Professional, polite, and customer-focused personality.
