Insurance Coverage Attorney-

A thriving litigation firm seeks admitted attorneys with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its Insurance Coverage team. The ideal person must have strong writing skills, ability to manage complex cases, conduct depositions, manage discovery and assist with trial preparation.

Ideally qualified candidates will have experience providing coverage analysis to clients, including experience with D&O, management, and professional liability policies.

The candidate should also have litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and engaging in discovery, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.

Experience with both state and federal court proceedings desired.
