Insurance Coverage (D&O)—Analysis and Opinion Drafting (Exclusive Search, NYC)

I have been exclusively retained by a well-established, high-end, insurance defense coverage-focused boutique that seeks to hire for its downtown Manhattan office (three days or more per week in person expected) a well-credentialed junior or midlevel litigation associate for a role focused on directors’ and officers’ coverage litigation. While prior coverage litigation experience is not required, the firm seeks an attorney with sophisticated litigation experience, ideally with exposure to financial/commercial litigation matters. Cases typically involve securities litigation and other financial-related issues. Base salary is likely about $155,000-$190,000. The firm offers a collegial environment, and the annual billable hours are typically 1950. I have placed more than 20 attorneys with the firm.
