Role Overview:

EVS – Electric Vehicle Services is seeking an Insurance Estimator for our Abu Dhabi branch. The role involves assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring timely claim approvals. The Insurance Estimator will serve as a bridge between customers, insurers, and the workshop team to deliver smooth claim handling and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements and costs.
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for parts, labor, and materials using industry-standard estimation software.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, surveyors, and company representatives to obtain approvals.
• Review insurance policies and ensure claims are aligned with coverage terms.
• Coordinate with workshop/service advisors to ensure repair estimates are realistic and achievable.
• Communicate with customers regarding claim process, approvals, and repair timelines.
• Maintain updated knowledge of insurance guidelines, claim procedures, and EVS service standards.
• Document and file estimates, approvals, and claim-related reports for compliance and audit.
• Ensure all claims are processed within defined timelines to minimize customer waiting period.
• Support in resolving disputes or discrepancies with insurance companies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in vehicle estimation, insurance claims, or body shop operations (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures and automotive repair practices.
• Familiarity with estimation software (e.g., Audatex, CCC One, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month
