Role Summary:
Responsible for managing client relationships, converting leads provided by the company, generating new business, and helping clients choose suitable life insurance solutions to secure their financial future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on company-provided leads and close sales.
  • Generate additional leads through networking and referrals.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Support clients through documentation and policy issuance.
  • Maintain relationships for renewals and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred; IRDA certification (or willing to obtain).
  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance or financial sales (freshers with strong potential can apply).
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹931,996.30 per year
