The Operations Analyst supports key business processes across underwriting, compliance, and systems initiatives to help propel new business and renewals. This role combines analytical, organizational, and technical skills to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and support cross-functional projects within the Aviation insurance operations environment. You will directly support the Operations Manager to ensure platform stability, assist with compliance deliverables, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, marketing exposure, and improve data-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance third party platform as a product owner,; act as a product liaison, build product as needed, and troubleshoot technical issues and manage pool mailbox.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
  • Support compliance-related products, including state filings, document management, and audit requests.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve automation, and reduce operational risk or manual touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product, compliance, and system integration
  • Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating procedures for recurring processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special products assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with commitment to data integrity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; STEM or analytical background preferred
  • Experience: 1-4 years of full-time professional experience
  • Exposure to insurance, operations, or data analysis preferred
  • Experience with Python, RStudio, or other coding tools is a plus
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) preferred

Salary Range:

$64,000.00 -$80,000.00
