We are seeking an Operations incumbent to design and execute operational strategies that drive business growth and scalability. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations, focusing on process excellence, cost optimization, and aligning operations with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational metrics and identifying improvement areas.
- Lead process transformation initiatives for cost optimization, automation, and quality improvement.

Key Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a team management role.
- Proven experience in process re-engineering, cost control, and operational scaling.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, automation tools, and performance dashboards.
