Insurance Premium Billing (Night Shift)

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Insurance Premium Billing to join our dynamic night shift team. Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on outstanding insurance premium payments to ensure timely processing and reconciliation.
• Work directly with payers or providers to resolve premium discrepancies, payment delays, or adjustments
• Ensure accurate maintenance of premium billing records while consistently meeting daily productivity and quality standards,
• Submit updates or corrections related to premium amounts as needed.
• Maintain high standards of *billing accuracy, reporting, and compliance.

Account Management Responsibilities

• Advise clients regarding any payment discrepancies or premium-related concerns.
• Send notices or reminders to clients for overdue premiums or required actions.
• Update client banking and billing information on relevant portals and internal systems.
• Provide support to clients in navigating billing portals and understanding premium details.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure account accuracy, payment compliance, and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Strong understanding of premium billing processes and reconciliation.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) is a plus.
• Experience working with client billing systems and online portals is preferred.

Shift Schedule - Monday to Friday, 07:00 pm to 03:00 am. Please note that it is an In-Person position and requires the candidate to be physically present in our Lahore Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
