Insurance Sales Manager – Team Handling

Location: Mohali
CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA

Looking sales person from any sector life pharma , telecom , FMCG , insurance , banking , NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives and advisor to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive new business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market presence.
  • Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and field visits to improve performance.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales with proven team handling skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in field and office environments.
