We are currently seeking a motivated Office Assistant who is looking to grow into a licensed Insurance Producer with uncapped earning potential.

Position Overview

This is a career-track opportunity—not just a job. You will start by learning the day-to-day operations of the agency as an Office Assistant, then transition into a licensed Insurance Producer role with the opportunity to earn commissions and build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Office Assistant Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Assist with quoting and basic policy servicing
• Maintain client records and follow up on leads
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Transition to Producer Role:

• Learn to quote and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Develop relationships with clients and referral partners
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
• Meet and exceed sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic) is a plus
