Intake Specialist

Our Jacksonville headquarters is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every team member plays a key role in helping clients move forward after an injury.

Position Overview

The Intake Specialist is often the first point of contact for potential clients and serves as the voice and values of Campione Law. This full-time, in-person role is responsible for gathering case details, evaluating potential claims, initiating representation agreements, and ensuring each prospective client receives an exceptional intake experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and screen incoming calls, texts, chats, and web inquiries from potential clients.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather facts about accidents, injuries, insurance coverage, and damages.
• Enter case data accurately into the firm’s CRM
• Coordinate attorney review and ensure timely follow-up on potential new cases.
• Maintain daily communication with attorneys and the presuit team regarding new leads and case viability.
• Deliver an empathetic, professional, and client-focused experience that reflects Campione Law’s standards.

Qualifications

• FLUENT SPANISH IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
• Prior law-firm experience (personal injury and/or high-volume client intake/customer service) strongly preferred.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads while staying calm, responsive, and professional.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 10am - 7pm.
• On-site position at our Jacksonville office. This is not a remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
