To deliver on Middlesex University Dubai s growth strategy and ongoing expansion, we are looking for dedicated Integrated Campaign Manager to convert enrolment objectives into high-performing, multi-channel campaigns across our priority markets. Centralising ownership of campaign planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting will ensure every intake is supported by an integrated calendar, disciplined budget management, and data-led decision-making that improves ROI.
This role will enhance execution quality, accelerate performance through continuous A/B testing and real-time optimisation, and strengthen agency management to launch on time in key markets. Combining analytical precision with bold storytelling, and by proactively benchmarking competitors and trialling new channels and formats, the Campaign Manager will scale awareness, engagement, while protecting brand consistency and unlocking efficiencies that are essential to sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, and offline platforms, ensuring delivery against lead, conversion, and engagement targets.
- Develop and maintain annual and quarterly campaign calendars aligned with key intakes, mapping budgets, channels, creative themes, KPIs, and performance checkpoints.
- Take ownership of campaign success - from briefing and trafficking to implementation, optimisation, and post-campaign review.
- Oversee the daily operations of campaign setup, ensuring all ads, creatives, and landing pages are correctly configured and SEO/SEM compliant.
- Monitor live campaigns across all platforms and make real-time adjustments to maximise performance and ROI.
- Track and analyse KPIs including impressions, CTR, conversions, CPL, and ROI through dashboards and analytics tools.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports summarising campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to continuously refine outcomes.
- Champion creativity, experimentation, and data-led storytelling to ensure every campaign connects with its audience and delivers measurable results.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and perform to agreed targets.
- Drive innovation by introducing new channels, tools, and creative formats that enhance reach, conversion, and brand engagement.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital market monitoring to identify emerging trends, creative approaches, and competitor activity that inform future campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring accurate spend tracking and optimisation of cost per lead and acquisition.
Requirements Profile & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience leading integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in higher education or an international environment.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, analytics, and campaign optimisation tools.
- Proven experience managing creative and media agencies with a focus on quality, efficiency, and results.
