ROLE OVERVIEW

The Integrations Director is the technical glue between marketing, platforms, and data. In plain terms: a tool and vendor relations manager who is “techy.” This role ensures no errors, no bugs, and no hiccups with data feeds — making everyone’s lives significantly easier.

Dealership websites are lead-generation machines. This role handles all integrations and works with vendors to provide monthly recommendations that fine-tune the online shopping experience — keeping it efficient, streamlined, and accurate.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Performance

  • Oversee speed, uptime, and SEO across all dealership websites
  • Ensure core vitals are passing so sites are surfaced in AI-driven search results

Integrations Management

  • Manage all integrations across platforms: inventory feeds, chat tools, and lead forms
  • Ensure inventory displays correctly and vehicle pricing pipes accurately into all connected tools
  • Confirm leads fire properly on every platform with no data loss

Tracking & Analytics

  • Ensure conversion tracking is accurate at all times — ad spend is meaningless without reliable data
  • Campaigns must land on optimized, properly tracked pages

Vendor & Marketing Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all platform vendors
  • Review and act on monthly vendor recommendations to optimize the shopper experience
  • Coordinate closely with internal marketing to align integrations with campaign needs

Buy/Sell Support

  • Assist with data transfers during dealership acquisitions
  • Ensure clean, accurate data transitions with no loss of tracking or integrations

Ai Support & Implementation

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and integration of AI-driven tools and automation solutions across core business systems.
  • Assist with data transfers during dealership acquisitions enhancing operational efficiency, data utilization, and customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases, oversee deployment, and ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and workflows.

VALUE OUTSIDE BUY/SELL [INTERNAL CORPORATE NOTE/ FEEDBACK]

The ongoing, day-to-day value of this role is consistent, accurate data flowing across every platform — so marketing spend converts and nothing breaks silently. Without this function, the business loses visibility into performance, inventory errors go unnoticed and leads fall through the cracks.

Additional Details

This is a remote position, but will require up to 25% travel

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
