Intellectual Property Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Register trademarks inside and outside of Saudi Arabia and Provide legal Trademarks Consultations.

Job Responsibility

  • Contract Drafting & Review:
  • Prepare, review, and amend contracts/amendments for Mega Projects, New Market Clusters, and Supportive Units, ensuring balanced risk allocation.
  • Develop and update standardized and specialized contracts tailored to each unit’s needs.
  • Legal Negotiation & Advisory:
  • Lead negotiations for contract preparation, amendments, and reviews across all clusters.
  • Advise on legal issues to safeguard group interests and ensure compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Support:
  • Provide legal support in working teams/committees for projects and initiatives within assigned clusters.
  • Collaborate closely with designated units under a business partner model.
  • Reporting & Governance:
  • Report material issues, progress, and accomplishments to senior management.
  • Oversee outsourcing of legal services (selection, delivery, evaluation, and sign-off).
  • Digitalization & Process Improvement:
  • Drive digitalization of contract systems and implement periodic enhancements.
  • Training & Capacity Building:
  • Organize workshops/training on contract-related legal matters for beneficiary units
