Interim Fiscal Coordinator

FISCAL COORDINATOR

DESC RIPTION:
Assisting the Director of Finance with daily business opera tions.

ESSE NTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Prepare building and department budget reports.
  • Assist with budget analysis and reporting.
  • Compile and record journal entries, budget adjustments and equity transfers.
  • Supervise Accounts Payable/Receivable Secretary and Student Data Coordinator. Conduct yearly
performance evaluations of staff in these two roles. • Maintain and monitor procurement card program. • Compile month end report of warrants and deposits to Clallam County Treasurer. • Run the payroll encumbrance process.
  • Monthly and Yearly General Ledger reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist with end of year financial reporting to OSPI (F196) including preparation and submission.
  • Assist with the annual budgeting process and submission of F203 and F195 to OPSI.
  • Assist with the annual state audit and other audits.
  • Align grant and donation budgets, monitor spending and submit claims for reimbursement.
  • Submit annual Child Nutrition application and monthly claims.

  • Monthly Transportation Reports
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUA LIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma.
  • Accounting experience preferred.

Wages – Fiscal Coordinator $83,223.00 to $91,252.00 DOE Benefits - Medical, Retirement, Basic Life/AD&D, Basic Long-Term Disability, FSA & HSA. Any employee anticipated to work at least 630 hours in the
school y ear is eligible for benefits.
