Interior Design Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Interior Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our interior design projects from concept to completion, assisting in fabric and furniture selections, pricing, ordering, and installation. This role requires attention to detail with excellent project management skills.

Duties

• Assist designer on jobsites and meetings to take notes, create image books, and communicate information accurately.
• Participate in project management tasks including scheduling, pricing, and client communication.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.
• Utilize software such as Studio Designer, AutoCAD, and Photoshop to develop plans and presentations.
• Assist on installs and ensure placement of furniture and accessories.

Experience

• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Studio Designer is preferred.
• Experience in construction or remodeling projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with interior design practices and budgeting processes will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
