Interior Design Coordinator

Interior Designer / Interior Architect
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

An established Interior Design company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer Coordinator to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and design presentations.
• Carry projects from concept design through design development to complete working and shop drawings.
• Prepare detailed construction and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design intent.

Requirements

• Strong creative and technical design capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of interior finishing materials and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D visualization/rendering software.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Good knowledge of site supervision, inspections, and project follow-up.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding their own UAE Residence Visa (Freelance visa).
• Must be available to join immediately.

Salary

Max AED 5,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
