Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Interior Design & Drafting Assistant to support our team with design preparation, project coordination, and client communication.

This role is ideal for someone interested in interior design, drafting, and custom residential projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, TV units, closets, and outdoor spaces. You will help turn design ideas into organized, production-ready plans.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting Support

• Assist with layouts, drawings, and revisions for custom residential projects
• Support preparation of production drawings (cabinetry, built-ins, countertops, etc.)
• Double-check measurements, plans, and details for accuracy
• Organize and maintain design files and project documentation

Project Coordination

• Ensure all selections (materials, finishes, fixtures) are complete and documented
• Help move projects from design to production smoothly
• Coordinate details between sales, design, and field teams

Client Communication

• Follow up with clients regarding selections and next steps
• Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, text, and email
• Assist clients through the selection and design process

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail (very important)
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Interest or experience in interior design, drafting, or construction
• Familiarity with design software (2020, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus
• Comfortable going on-site for measurements is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
