Interior Design Estimator

Job Summary

KPR Elite Concept International LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Design Estimator with GCC experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, exhibition, and branding projects while coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, signage, and exhibition projects
• Study drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare project BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
• Analyze material, labor, and production costs
• Coordinate with designers, project engineers, and procurement teams
• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization
• Maintain estimation records and pricing database
• Support project handover to execution team after award

Requirements

• 3–4 years of GCC experience in Interior Fit-Out / Joinery / Exhibition industry
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out execution methods
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
