Interior Design & Fitout Business Development Executive

• Proactively seek new opportunities in corporate, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out sectors.
• Develop, maintain, and expand a strong client network to drive repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the company’s design and fit-out capabilities.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close contracts to achieve sales targets.
• Expand the company’s market presence through networking, partnerships, and participation in industry events.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals through structured sales planning and pipeline management.
