Interior Design Intern

Summer Internship – July 2026 Sandra Nunnerley Inc. | New York City

Sandra Nunnerley Inc., a high-end interior design firm based in New York City, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Intern for the month of July. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of luxury residential interior design within a fast-paced and highly creative studio environment.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the design team with sourcing furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories.
• Organizing and maintaining sample libraries Researching vendors and preparing presentations.
• Supporting project installations and general studio tasks.
• Assisting with administrative and project coordination duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Background or current studies in Interior Design or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics and familiarity with D&D Building resources and other fabric showrooms/sources is highly desirable.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
