Interior Design Manager

At Ritz Interiors, we are seeking a highly creative and mature Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of work experience in end-to-end project deisgn & execution - especially in residential renovation projects

a passion for modern, minimalistic design, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision. This role demands a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, leadership and clear & confident communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present compelling design concepts based on client requirements and preferences.
• Reviewing authority submission drawings, shop drawings, and 3D renders to ensure correctness before submission to client
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material specifications.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to support the design vision.
• Conduct client presentations, including mood boards, sample boards, and concept presentations.
• Coordinate closely with site teams, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and ensure design integrity.
• Supervise the installation of design elements, maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and innovations in interior design.
• Assist with project proposals, client documentation, and contracts when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience in end to end project deisgn & execution - especially in residential renovation projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential and/or commercial projects in a modern, minimalistic style
• Excellent skills in layout planning, concept development, and detailed technical drawings
• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop
• Fluent in English and Hindi language is a must
• Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage
• Valid UAE visa (sponsorship possible after successful probation period)
