Interior Design Sales Associate

Overview

More Space Place Dallas Fort Worth is seeking a Design & Sales Consultant. Our Design & Sales consultants work with homeowners, builders, interior designers through in-home and showroom consultations while also developing and prospecting new business. For over 15 years, we have been servicing satisfied customers by designing and installing custom closets & organizational systems, Murphy Beds and space-saving home furnishing systems. Our ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills and consumer sales experience
• Possess solid Selling, negotiations and closing skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Detail oriented with concentration in design & space planning
• Creative, outgoing, self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Ability to work both independently & as a part of a team
• Develop and enjoy long term relationships with clients & solicit referrals
• Develop your own portfolio of clients
• Effectively networking with Trade Association
• Willingness to work Saturdays & evenings to make sales

Job Type: Full-time plus sales commission

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Flexible hours required
• Showroom hours Monday to Friday 10:00am – 4:00pm ; Saturday 11:00am to 4:00pm
• Additional after hours appointments as required

Experience:

• Design: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Work Location: On the road and in a retail showroom
