Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with design plans and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to review and assess project progress, resolving issues promptly to maintain quality standards and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Review and interpret design plans, drawings, and technical specifications to guide on-site construction teams.
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accurate quantity calculations with the team.
- Source and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of work.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project milestones.
- Maintain open communication with the design and engineering teams to implement changes or updates as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the execution process.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture or similar.
- 4+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) with an excellent portfolio of previous works.
- Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and design precision.
- Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering execution to final delivery.
- Experience in sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
