We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings using industry-standard design software.
• Source materials and furnishings, including samples, to present to clients for selection.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on project implementations.
• Ensure designs adhere to building codes and regulations for safety and functionality.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Revise and refine concepts based on client feedback and project considerations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for client approval.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure design specifications are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop marketing materials and support business development activities as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer, ideally with a diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualization and spatial design skills are essential for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations is required.
• Professional certification in interior design is highly preferred but not mandatory.
