Job Title: Interior Designer – Sales

Job Purpose:

The Interior Designer – Sales is responsible for combining design expertise with sales skills to provide clients with tailored interior solutions. This role involves understanding customer needs, creating design proposals, presenting concepts, and closing sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, and mood boards that align with client expectations. Present design proposals and negotiate with clients to finalize deals.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay up to date with market trends, materials, finishes, and furniture designs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in interior design and sales.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: E£9,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
