Job Summary:

This role involves creating functional and visually appealing environments by selecting colors, materials, furniture, lighting, and layout plans. The designer collaborates with clients and project teams to ensure designs align with client needs, project timelines, and budget constraints. and will collaborate closely with our architectural and engineering teams to bring innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs to life.

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts and mood boards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, floor plans, and presentations.
• Select and source materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting solutions that complement the design and meet project requirements.
• Model interior and architectural spaces with accuracy and detail.
• Apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance realism.
• Ensure compliance with design standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate innovative design ideas into projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficient in the following software: – Maya. Rhino, BIM, 3D Studio Max, Vray, Revit Architecture, Adobe Suite
• Specialized in 3D visualization, creating Interior/Exterior Perspectives through 3D modeling and able to produce realistic architectural
• Good lighting and realistic physical material skills.
• Animation experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
