Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions for hospitality and residential projects.

· Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings, using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, and other relevant software.

· Generate high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

· Prepare presentations and design proposals, incorporating mood boards, material samples, and visual references using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

· Conduct research on latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to ensure designs are contemporary and relevant.

· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and finishes, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.

· Assist in project management tasks, including client meetings, and coordination with contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

· Candidates outside the UAE are welcomed to work from home.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in interior design.

· Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in interior design in Dubai, with a focus on hospitality and residential projects.

· Fluent in English (fluency is a must).

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and ideally Corona Renderer.

· Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai is preferred.
