Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2–3 years of proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design and technical skills, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on all phases of interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, material selection, FF&E specification, and construction documentation
• Develop and present design concepts using mood boards, 3D visuals, and layout drawings
• Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and supervise project execution
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budgets, and functional requirements
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and quality finishes
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant software
• Ensure designs meet client expectations, building codes, and safety standards
• Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and innovations in the industry
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Support senior designers and project managers as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Strong understanding of spatial planning, color theory, materials, and finishes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into creative, functional designs
• Experience managing vendors and supervising on-site work
• Strong attention to detail and project organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury residential or commercial interiors
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
• Portfolio showcasing completed interior design projects
