Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layout drawings, and overseeing the execution of interior projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts and space planning based on client requirements
• Create 2D drawings, 3D models, mood boards, and material/sample boards
• Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers
• Visit project sites to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans
• Prepare BOQs and assist with budgeting when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in the UAE or GCC
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong design portfolio
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and color schemes
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of UAE design standards and fit-out practices is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• On-site coordination experience
• Experience with luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
