Profile: Interior Designer
Location: Dwarka, Sector 13, New Delhi

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, space planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning

• Create innovative design concepts, space plans, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, execution plans, and ensure timely project implementation.
• Proficiently use MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD (3ds Max is an added advantage).

Project Management

• Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans & schedules.
• Supervision: Direct and supervise construction teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Resource Management: Efficiently coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Communication: Regularly liaise with project managers, clients, and teams across offices (Dwarka, Okhla & Ghitorni).
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, or delays.
• Documentation: Maintain project records, inspection reports, and approvals.
• Cost Management: Monitor expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
• Training & Development: Mentor and guide site teams to improve performance.
• Professional Communication: Draft and respond to project-related emails effectively.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce site safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Travel Coordination: Plan travel to oversee multiple project sites across India.
• Multi-Site Management: Manage and prioritize tasks across different ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, layouts, and project execution.
• Proven ability to independently handle design and on-site projects.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Software proficiency: MS Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD (3ds Max preferred).
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
