Interior Designer

Job Purpose:
To design and deliver creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior fit-out solutions aligned with client requirements and company standards, ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare design concepts, space planning, and mood boards for fit-out projects.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Coordinate with site teams during execution to resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in interior design, preferably in fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of joinery details, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
