Interior Designer

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our project managers and designers in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Liaise with clients, respond to queries, and provide project updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, RFQs, and change orders.
• Budgeting: Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to budget.
• Procurement: Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Site Management: Coordinate site visits, snag lists, and walk-throughs with clients and contractors.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and budget forecasts.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
