Interior Designer

• Must have working knowledge of 3Ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant software to develop 3D views and architectural/technical drawings
• Must ensure drawings, renders and projects’ detail deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within budget and timescales
• Expertise in multi-tasking by handling various designing and drafting assignments from multiple projects all at the same time under minimal supervision
• Prepare joinery workshop drawings, interior design layouts, technical plans and elevations, 3D views, design presentations, BOQ, estimates and quotations for management and client review
• Holding a Diploma in Interior Designer or any related field is preferred but not necessary
• Wide experience in metal joinery or carpentry, furniture and fixture builds, exhibition stands, interior decoration and commercial / residential fit out projects is preferred
• Knowledge in space planning & commercial interior environment, fit-out detailing, specifications, suppliers & materials is preferred
• Must be fluent in english
• Expected to start immediately
