Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 2 to 3 years of experience in handling commercial interior and exterior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of spatial planning, design aesthetics, and material application in commercial environments such as offices, retail, hospitality, and institutional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end design of commercial interior and exterior spaces — from concept to execution.
• Create 2D plans, 3D models, and renderings using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.).
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to understand requirements and translate them into functional, creative design solutions.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, mood boards, and material boards for client presentations.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams during project execution.
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
• Source furniture, fixtures, and materials in line with project budgets and timelines.
• Participate in on-site visits, quality checks, and project review meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in commercial interior and exterior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial design principles, materials, lighting, and finishes.
• Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant commercial work.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in sustainable or green design practices.
• Familiarity with local and international design trends.
• Knowledge of project costing and budgeting.
