Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Interior Designer with a strong specialization in producing photorealistic 3D renderings and comprehensive 2D working drawings. This role is crucial for translating conceptual designs into both stunning visual presentations for clients and precise technical documents for construction.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization & Design

• Conceptual Modeling: Create 3D models of interior spaces, including custom millwork, furniture, and architectural features, based on design concepts and sketches.
• Mood Boards & Presentation: Assist in developing design concepts, mood boards, and complete visual presentations that communicate the design vision effectively.
• 2D Working Drawings & Documentation
• Drafting: Produce complete and accurate sets of 2D construction drawings using CAD software, including:
• Demolition and construction floor plans.
• Reflected ceiling plans and lighting layouts.
• Power, data, and furniture layouts.
• Interior elevations, sections, and detailed views.
• Finish and material plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 or more years of professional experience in an interior design or architecture firm, with a focus on both 3D and 2d Work.
• Software Proficiency (Expert Level Required):
• 2D CAD: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar industry-standard CAD software like Revit).
• 3D Modeling & Rendering: Expert proficiency in at least one of the following: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, or similar, combined with rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Post-Production: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) for post-processing renders and creating presentations.
• Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating expertise in both photorealistic renderings and detailed 2D construction drawing sets is mandatory.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.

Pay: ₹9,864.56 - ₹15,000.00 per month
