Interior Designer – Custom Closets & Window Treatments

Location: Knoxville, TN and Surrounding Area | Full-Time

Join our luxury home design showroom as an Interior Designer specializing in custom closet systems and window treatments. We’re seeking a design professional with an eye for detail and a passion for creating sophisticated, functional spaces that reflect each client’s lifestyle and aesthetic.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design personalized solutions
• Create detailed design presentations, drawings, and material selections
• Oversee projects from concept through installation to ensure flawless execution
• Maintain expert knowledge of premium materials, finishes, and hardware
• Work closely with showroom staff, project managers, and installers to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Generate new client leads and follow up on leads provided through the office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in luxury interior, closet, or window treatment design
• Strong proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Refined sense of style and attention to detail

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential based on sales performance and project success. Leads are generated by both the designer and the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
