Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client briefs, budgets, and timelines.
• Technical Documentation (2D): Produce complete sets of detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and custom millwork details.
• Visualization (3D): Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings for clear client communication and internal design reviews. Expert proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max/Lumion is required.
• FF&E Selection: Source, specify, and procure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), finishes, and materials.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the design vision.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits for quality control, measurements, and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be highly knowledgeable and proficient in both 2D (drafting) and 3D (modeling/rendering) software environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical skill and creative range.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
