INTERIOR DESIGNER

Interior Designer;

- Has an eye for design, including colour scheme, fabrics, ability to visualize concepts and explain them to clients and architects. Good drawing and IT skills. Up to date with new changing and trends (market evolution).

- Excellent in Auto cad 2D and 3D

- Very Good knowledge in Power Point,Xls and other office software programs.

- Good Communication skills and coordination with other colleagues (team worker).

- He/ She should be a good listener and attentive, and self-motivated.

- Very good in English; verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Arabic is a extra plus.

- He/She should have a driver license

His/her work will conclude a broad scope of projects , ranging from structural alterations to the choice of furniture , curtains, wallpaper and lighting. The role includes but not limited to:

- Preparing brief detail of the project and definition of the space that will be used for.

- Preparing BOQ, negotiating fees/prices and setting schedules for the project.

- Producing rough sketches and mood boards - a collection of suitable images, colour and materials.

- Reading/ analyzing drawings plans and presenting it to the GM.

- Developing shop drawing designs, choosing materials and colour.

- Exchanging information back and forth with site and site supervision to insure execution following the norm.

- Prepare presentation to customers.

- attend meetings with Madam and with Senior designers to prepare summery of project and execute as such.
