Interior Designer

Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, selecting materials, and coordinating with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
• Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visuals using design software.
• Select furniture, finishes, materials, and accessories for projects.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and execution.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material lists.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and design clarifications.
• Ensure designs meet safety standards, project guidelines, and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in fit-out, joinery, or commercial/residential interiors.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, etc.).
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and design standards.
• Good communication skills and client-handling ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial and residential interior design projects.
• Ability to prepare high-quality 3D renders.
