We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our projects.

Position Overview:
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning and functional interior spaces for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will work closely with architects, clients, and project managers to ensure designs meet the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptual Design & Planning: Develop innovative interior design concepts that align with clients' needs, project objectives, and brand identity.

Space Planning & Layout Design: Utilize knowledge of spatial arrangement, functionality, and ergonomics to design optimal layouts.

3D Visualization: Create detailed 3D visualizations, mood boards, and presentations for client meetings.

Material Selection & Specification: Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that complement the design vision.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and procurement of materials to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas effectively.

Key Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognised institution.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects in residential, commercial, Landscaping and hospitality design.

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD
(for drafting and technical drawings)
Not necessary but would be preferred

SketchUp
(for 3D modeling and design visualizations)

Revit
(for integrated building design)
Not necessary but would be preferred

Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva for presentations and design mock-ups)

3ds Max, Lumion, Sketchup, V-Ray
(for rendering and high-quality visualisations)

MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation and project reports)

We are seeking candidates with a well-organized portfolio that showcases creativity, problem-solving abilities, and strong technical expertise across diverse design solutions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach. They should also demonstrate a strong understanding of hierarchy, work ethics, and the professional code of conduct. As a team player, they will be expected to collaborate effectively within our studio environment.
