We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Lahore team and lead the design of innovative furniture products that align with market trends and customer needs.

Role Overview

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and refining furniture designs from idea to production. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of design trends, materials, and manufacturing processes. The designer will collaborate closely with production, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that are both functional and visually appealing.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development

• Lead the conceptualization and creation of new furniture products.
• Develop detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes.
• Ensure designs meet both aesthetic standards and functional requirements.
• Stay updated on design trends, market demands, and competitor offerings.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure feasible and cost-effective designs.
• Manage design projects from ideation to final product launch, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Quality & Material Oversight

• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for product designs.
• Ensure all designs are manufacturable while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews and revisions based on feedback and practical considerations.

Innovation & Brand Alignment

• Introduce innovative design solutions to enhance product appeal and functionality.
• Ensure all designs align with Al-Haadi Mobilya’s brand identity and vision.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product/furniture design, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for furniture.
• Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
