Job Summary

Fincera is seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Principal Architect / Interior Designer to lead its design division and drive excellence across all architectural and interior projects. This senior role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has completed 100+ premium projects (1 kanal & above) and is a well-recognized name in the DHA design community.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage high-end design projects, and maintain the highest standards of creativity, quality, and execution. This position demands leadership maturity, outstanding design expertise, and the capability to build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring both organizational growth and exceptional project delivery.

Key Responsibilities1. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage architects, interior designers, 3D visualizers, draftsmen, and site coordinators.
• Define clear design directions while ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
• Conduct team reviews, brainstorming sessions, and professional development trainings.
• Foster a strong, collaborative, and high-performing design culture.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Design, Procurement, Project Execution, and Site teams.
• Oversee staff workload, productivity, and performance evaluations.

2. Design Direction & Concept Development

• Lead conceptualization for all large-scale architectural and interior projects.
• Develop and approve layouts, space planning, mood boards, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure all concepts follow innovative, functional, sustainable, and client-centered approaches.
• Approve materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture designs, and final visual direction.
• Evaluate 3D renders, working drawings, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and quality.

3. Project Management & Execution Oversight

• Manage multiple premium projects simultaneously, ensuring high-end output and timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
• Coordinate with contractors, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and vendors.
• Resolve on-site issues by providing design clarifications and practical solutions.
• Prepare timelines, monitor progress, and maintain strict project deadlines.
• Ensure quality control throughout design and execution, especially in finishing and detailing.

4. Client Interaction & Relationship Management

• Lead all meetings, presentations, and client communication from concept to completion.
• Understand client needs, lifestyle requirements, budgets, and aesthetic preferences.
• Present concepts, budgets, and revisions professionally and persuasively.
• Handle feedback, design changes, and expectations with clarity and diplomacy.
• Build long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

5. Business Growth & Strategic Input

• Contribute to new business development through design proposals and project pitching.
• Identify trends, new technologies, and design innovations to keep the firm ahead in the market.
• Support costing, BOQs, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Identify growth opportunities, new service lines, or additional revenue streams.
• Actively support Fincera’s long-term strategic goals and expansion plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong design leadership with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Outstanding portfolio of residential, commercial, and luxury projects (especially 1 kanal+).
• Expertise in:
• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.

• Deep knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and construction practices.
• Strong understanding of DHA by-laws, local building codes, and execution standards.
• Exceptional project planning, costing, and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding timelines.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (recognized institute).
• PCATP / IAP membership preferred.
• Completed 100+ premium projects (1 kanal & above) and is a well-recognized name in the DHA design community.
