Job Summary:

The Sales & Concept Designer will act as a bridge between design and sales, providing clients with customized furniture solutions that combine aesthetics and functionality. This role involves understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, presenting tailored proposals, and driving sales, ensuring a premium experience aligned with Enza Home’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Management

• Engage with clients to understand their furniture and interior design needs.
• Present design concepts and product solutions that meet client preferences and budgets.
• Assist clients in selecting furniture, materials, layouts, and finishes.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Concept Design & Visualization

• Prepare 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and design presentations for clients.
• Suggest furniture placement, material combinations, and color schemes.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution of concepts.

Market Awareness & Trends

• Stay updated on furniture and interior design trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights to management for new product ideas or showroom improvements.
• Assist in showroom styling and visual merchandising to enhance client experience.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, quotations, and project progress.
• Prepare sales and design reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales and design, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, creative, and result-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
